DELIVERY

• Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 days of receipt of order and payment.

• We use Fastway Couriers for NZ delivery and NZ Post for rural delivery.

• NZ delivery overnight by courier.  Rural  3 days.

• Overseas delivery is by NZ POST Airmail. Please allow 7 - 10 days.

 
REFUNDS POLICY

Replacement or returns will be in compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act New Zealand. Quality is assured.

Details provided by you to Kiwi Kraft (e.g. name, address) will not under any circumstances be divulged to a third party without your emailed consent. If you are buying as a gift to another person, their details will also remain confidential and not be retained by us after the order has been posted.
